Hey Praveen. Glad to hear your fitness plans are working for you. The amount of weight you are loosing does sound a little too much. The general recommendation is to lose no more than 2lbs (a little under a kilogram) per week. Currently you're losing almost double this so if it continues I would recommend that you start adding a few more calories and then cut them out a little more slowly so that your weight loss is gradual.

Great article and I agree! Jogging in the morning always puts me in a best mood especially if on particular day I can push myself to run that "extra mile"... Feels sooo good! :-)

hey , ive just started jogging and yes ,
it seriously clears my mind and makes me feel relaxed .
It also gives me the calming effects to let me sleep peacefully at night .
But unfortunately , I am a smoker .
I do smoke , but jog .
I weigh 68.9 kg with the height of , if im not mistaken , 164cm .
I would love to lose the fats from my body , and at the same time ,its quite hard for me to kick my smoking habit . I know that in order to lose weight , I would also have to eliminate toxin from my body .
I dont do alcohol nor drugs . Only smoking .
Any advice for me ? do email me back . thanks !
