About Me

My name is Tom Parker and one of my hobbies is regular exercise. I try to get to the gym at least four times per week (more if possible). Since I am relatively skinny my workouts tend to focus on building muscle mass but I also enjoy an intense running session followed by a sauna or jacuzzi at least once a week. I try to cook most of my meals and try to make sure that they are reasonably healthy.
Apart from physical exercise I also enjoy writing about the topic of health & fitness and I am an Ezine Articles Expert Author. By writing these articles and maintaining this blog I aim to improve my knowledge in the health & fitness field. Although I try to lead a relatively healthy lifestyle I am by no means an expert and I do not hold any fitness qualifications. As I learn more about the various aspect of health & fitness I will post this information to the Free Fitness Tips Blog. Hopefully we can all benefit from this knowledge and improve our health & fitness levels together.
