Very true Sahil. Drinking a lot of water and making a healthy lifestyle change so that you eat better every day can work wonders. I also agree with you on diets - the whole mindset that they create is negative and short termist. I do not believe they work in the long term. The only way to improve your health and fitness in the long term is to embrace healthier food choices and regular exercises. They need to be part of your life - not something you simply do to lose weight.

However, even with healthy eating and drinking lots of water I still do get them. I never used to. Perhaps I'm getting old :-)

Those are some good tips to get you back on track. However I myself like to party, yet I never feel "OFF" when I am in the gym the next day. I believe there are a few reasons for this.

1. HIGH WATER intake and GOOD eating habits.

Don't go on diets... adopt an eating LIFESTYLE and hang overs can be a thing of the past IMO.
Unless you drink till you pass-out of course... then your in trouble =)
