		<description>I love jogging in particular in the morning with my ipod on. I usually like to jog alone as I can vary the pace to suit myself! I live in Ireland and have plenty of quiet country roads to jog through but I see this as my me time where i can escape into my own world for 40 to 60 mins.</description>
