		<description>I&#039;m glad that we&#039;re finally returning to our natural way of eating, human kind needs high protein, fruits, veggies and some healthy fats, the excess of carbs we eat today are unhealthy and unnatural. Eat meat, eat fish, lots of it. Good post.</description>
