Hey Heidi - One of the ways I have been getting more salmon recently is from buying smoked salmon. It's very tasty, practical and comes ready to eat. It makes a killer sandwich :-)

Good recommendation Andrew. They have an offer on smoked salmon in Asda (a UK supermarket) at the moment) so I may have to get some. It's quite tasty on wholemeal sandwiches with a bit of cream cheese and spinach too. I know you don't approve of the grains but for those who still eat them it comes highly recommended.

Smoked salmon is the way to go. It stays in the fridge, you don't have to cook it, it's convenient, etc. I throw it in my salads all the time.

All the Best,

Hey Andrew. Thanks for the comments. 1 and 4 are regulars for me but I did cook a simple salmon dish this week so I can add 3 on to my list for Christmas. I really need to start eating more fish. I always seem to go for beef and chicken unless I actively think that I need some fish in my diet.

Tom,

You're on a roll here! These are some great suggestions. I personally eat numbers 2, 3, and 4 as they are staples in my diet. Don't forget that antioxidants in dark chocolate are awesome for you as well.

Thanks for the post!

All the Best,
