The Fitness Black Book

The Fitness Black Book Banner

The Fitness Black Book is one of my favourite fitness blogs because it comes with a serious dose of humour. Rusty is a funny guy and even the serious posts come with a humourous caption on the accompanying picture. He is an advocate of the more slender, toned Hollywood look and against excessive muscle. His personality really comes through in his posts and it is always an interesting read. You can visit The Fitness Black Book using the link below.

All Muscle Building Banner

A blog from freelance writer and blogger Pat who has an interest in muscle building and bodybuilding. It contains a great mix of muscle building advice, product reviews and nutritional recommendations. In particular, I found Pat’s post on green tea helping recovery particularly insightful. I was well aware of the health benefits green tea had to offer before reading but was completely oblivious to the possibility that it could help post-workout recovery.

A fantastic fitness blog from Andrew Rubalcava.  He pretty much covers all aspects of fitness at his blog and it’s a really interesting read.  What impresses me most about Andrew is how dedicated he is to his blog.  Ever since I have starte reading he has done at least one post per day.  My favourite posts are ‘Great Music for your Workout – Blogger Edition Part 1 & Part 2.  You may think I am being a little biased since I am featured in part 2 but in all honesty I think they are a really great idea.  From these articles I have been able to find new fitness blogs to read and also learn about some awesome new tunes.
